I love that outfit! She looks stylish! 
And I just love how you drew the roses! They look awesome! Those shades of green and red look wonderful together! Especially for a pink character like Amy. I love her green headband and boots. I can't tell if she's wearing red pants or tights (idk what girls usually prefer to wear under a skirt like this 
) but whichever they are, they and the top's sleeves look so warm for a cold day.
